We are starting to see ripple effects of the civic commons in Akron.
Recently, the Akron Marathon changed its route to include Summit Lake. “A highlight of mile 22 is runners will be able to go on the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail and run over the floating bridge of Summit Lake,” said race organizers.
